Payment Warehouse
Low-value payment processing engine with an integrated Graphical User Interface (GUI) that facilitates various payment files / reports for the sending and receiving of payment information for EFT, DebiCheck, RTC and NAEDO services to and from the Automated Clearing House (ACH).
This payment system caters for issuing and acquiring of transaction payments for Outbound and Inbound credits & debits through the full transaction life cycle.
Interchange
A robust and scalable integration platform that serves as a messaging middleware, enabling seamless integration between the Payteq software suite and various computing. Featuring a rich graphical user interface (IDE), Interchange provides the foundation for development, utilizing a component assembly line (CAL) built with C# and .Net Core technologies. It effortlessly connects most communication protocols to deliver a real-time process flow within the integrated environment.

Consists of three key components: Proxy, Request to Pay, and Instant Payments (Clearing).
DebiCheck
Digital mandate authentication system for verified collection processes, supporting both USSD and SMS authentication. This solution includes pre-payment, payment, and post-payment processes that the mandate is validated before any collection (debit) instructions are executed.
Insight Server
A Role Access Control (RBAC) system that manages user access to applications and servers, as well as their permissions for Payteq Africa's software within the Windows Security Token Service, Active Directory Federation Server 2, and Active Directory, all while enabling single sign-on for user access management.
PCH_Link
A middleware system that connects with an ACH, overseeing the communication processes and handshakes between the client and the ACH. AXS transmission services include: EFT, CLC, CARD, EDO, ICMS, AVS,W, Debicheck, and ISO 20022. PCH_Link introduces the idea of Transmittal Control across various services and sub-services.
Software Security Module (SSM)
The software module utilizes the Windows private key store and Public Key Infrastructure in conjunction with X509 certificates to securely store symmetric keys and support Message Authentication Code (MAC) encryption as mandated by BankServ. It supports both Single and Double Length key (DLK) authentication for all batch automated transmission services, including AXS, EFT CLC, Card, AEDO, NEADO, and AV.
Real Time Clearing (RTC)
The RTC transaction is an electronic credit payment instruction sent from the payer to their bank, directing the transfer of funds from the payer's account to the beneficiary's account. This payment instruction is processed by the paying bank and credited to the beneficiary's account within 60 seconds. The RTC system connects with back-end systems through web services, API, and SFTP protocols, and utilizes Software Security Modules (SSM) Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for authentication and key exchange with the ACH. Additionally, the RTC system supports the issuance and acquisition of RTC transactions with load sharing capabilities, allowing for scalability accommodate large volumes by adding the necessary servers. The message format used is ISO8583.

Payteq Africa's AVS Batch and Real-time system serves as the middleware that links and ACH, facilitating secure data exchange among authorized parties.
